Reebok announced a multi-year relationship with the WNBA this week in a news release. With Reebok stars like Angel Reese of the Chicago Sky and Lexie Brown of the Los Angeles Sparks, among others, the brand and its athletes will concentrate on creating engaging and inspiring content that fosters a deeper connection between fans and the game and its up-and-coming talent.
“Reebok has been such an amazing partner and advocate for women in sports,” Angel Reese remarked. “As formidable female athletes, we may use our position to serve as role models for upcoming young athletes. I’m glad to see the WNBA and Reebok working together because I know that when we do, we’re lot more powerful and have a much wider audience.
The brand has executive positions held by NBA legends Allen Iverson and Shaquille O’Neal.”It’s an exciting time for Reebok, the WNBA, and the game of basketball overall,” Reebok Basketball President Shaquille O’Neal stated. “Reebok has always been committed to supporting the growth of the sport, and now with a strong plan, the right resources, and the welcoming arms of the WNBA, we’re ready to dive in headfirst with everything from product to players and more.” Following Angel Reese’s announcement that her shoe will be released in the spring of 2026, the WNBA and the company have increased their collaboration. Reebok is now a WNBA-approved footwear supplier as a result of the most recent agreement.
